Design Specs: - Up to 10,000 Stitches which is equal to about a 3" x 3" Embroidery Design. - We can digitize larger designs for an additional fee. This item is non refundable. Disclaimer: You must only submit artwork which you have permission to reproduce and does not violate any copyright or trademark laws. We assume that you have full permission to reproduce the artwork you send us to digitize, and we hold no liability. Custom Embroidered items ship in 5 to 7 Business Days (Mon thru Fri) Please allow 7 to 10 Business days in the months of Oct, Nov. and Dec.
